Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Employee Motivation Lead to join our HR team. This crucial role is dedicated to designing, implementing, and overseeing programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment, driving our culture forward, and ensuring our employees feel valued and motivated. This position offers the flexibility of being 100% remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere while collaborating closely with our global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive employee motivation and engagement strategies aligned with company goals and values.
  • Design, manage, and evaluate programs related to recognition, rewards, wellness, professional development, and work-life balance.
  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of motivation initiatives and present findings to leadership.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, department heads, and internal communications to ensure seamless program integration and communication.
  • Champion Broadcom's culture, values, and mission through all employee-facing programs and communications.
  • Research and recommend innovative best practices in employee engagement and motivation.
  • Organize and facilitate company-wide events, workshops, and team-building activities, both virtually and in-person (for corporate office employees).

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing employee engagement or motivation programs.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management and program execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience with HRIS and employee engagement platforms.
  • Familiarity with the technology or semiconductor industry.
  • Experience working with remote and diverse teams.
