Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Digital Records Clerk to join our team in Boise, focusing on the critical legal and finance documents that underpin Netflix’s global operations. This on-site role is essential for maintaining organized, accessible, and compliant digital records, directly supporting our Legal and Finance departments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of data confidentiality and integrity. You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of our most sensitive documentation, contributing to the smooth operation and legal compliance of a world-renowned entertainment company.
Key Responsibilities
- Digitize, categorize, and index a high volume of legal contracts, financial reports, and other sensitive documents.
- Maintain and update digital record management systems (DMS) with accuracy and precision.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Process requests for document retrieval and access from authorized personnel within Legal and Finance teams.
- Perform regular audits of digital records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper categorization.
- Assist in the development and improvement of record-keeping procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to understand document requirements and support their operational needs.
- Safeguard the confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in data entry, document management, or administrative support.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency with digital record management systems (DMS) and office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong understanding of data confidentiality and security protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in legal or finance administration.
- Familiarity with compliance standards relevant to digital records.
- Experience with large-scale document migration projects.
