Job Description
Are you physically fit, reliable, and looking for an active job that doesn’t require a driver’s license? Amazon Logistics is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Delivery Helpers to join our team in New Port Richey, FL. In this crucial role, you’ll work alongside our experienced delivery drivers, assisting with the safe and timely delivery of packages to customers. This is a hands-on position perfect for individuals who enjoy physical activity, teamwork, and contributing to a positive customer experience. No prior experience is necessary; we provide all the training you need.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading packages from delivery vehicles.
- Navigate routes and deliver packages to residential and commercial customers.
- Carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs and climb stairs regularly.
- Ensure packages are delivered safely and securely to the correct destination.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and dispatchers.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
Required Skills
- Strong physical fitness and stamina, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
