Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dedicated Route Driver for a full-time position based out of Pasco, Washington. This role offers consistent miles, predictable schedules, and no-touch freight, allowing you to maximize your earnings while maintaining a good work-life balance. As an XPO driver, you’ll be an essential part of our logistics network, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods on a dedicated route. Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently on a dedicated, assigned route.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations, including DOT hours of service.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and required paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics teams regarding route status and any issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of freight without requiring physical loading or unloading (no-touch freight).
- Represent XPO Logistics professionally to clients and the public.
Required Skills
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience
- Clean driving record (MVR)
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
- Proficiency with ELD (Electronic Logging Devices) and related technology
- Strong commitment to safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dedicated route operations
- Hazardous materials endorsement
- Tanker endorsement
- Experience with refrigerated or specialized freight
