Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and charismatic Cloakroom Attendant to join our team at a high-energy, upscale venue in Fayetteville. This pivotal evening role is perfect for someone who excels in a bustling social environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest service. You will be responsible for providing a seamless and secure experience for our guests as they arrive and depart, ensuring their belongings are safely stored and efficiently retrieved. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests, assisting them with checking in and retrieving their coats, bags, and other personal items.
- Maintain a highly organized, clean, and secure cloakroom area throughout your shift.
- Accurately issue and manage cloakroom tickets, ensuring meticulous record-keeping to prevent errors or misplaced items.
- Handle all guest inquiries and efficiently resolve any concerns related to belongings with professionalism and discretion.
- Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures concerning guest service, security protocols, and inventory management.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including front desk, security, and restaurant staff, to ensure a cohesive and positive guest experience.

- Proven organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and ability to lift light to moderate items (up to 20 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with cloakroom operations, inventory management systems, or POS (Point of Sale) software.
- Basic computer literacy.
