Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble burgers, sandwiches, and other menu items accurately and efficiently.
- Follow Wendy's recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent product quality.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including grills, fryers, and toasters.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout your shift.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking ingredients and supplies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor food freshness and rotation, discarding expired or substandard items.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and quality.
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment (even if not burger-specific).
- Current food handler's card or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
