Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Branding Assistant with a strong focus on Digital Identity and a talent for ‘scribing’ to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing Accenture’s brand presence across various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and impact. You will support the brand team in crafting compelling narratives, documenting brand guidelines, and assisting with the execution of digital identity initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a foundational understanding of digital branding principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of brand style guides and digital identity documentation.
- Craft clear, concise, and brand-aligned copy for various digital channels, including websites, social media, and internal communications.
- Support the creation of engaging content, including articles, blog posts, and presentations, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor branding, and digital identity best practices to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand application across all touchpoints.
- Help manage digital assets, ensuring they are up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible.
- Proofread and edit internal and external communications to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
- Support the planning and execution of digital branding campaigns and initiatives.
- Track and report on the performance of digital identity content and initiatives.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to 'scribe' complex ideas into clear narratives.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A foundational understanding of brand identity principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Familiarity with SEO principles and web analytics.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in branding, marketing, or communications.
- A portfolio showcasing writing samples or digital content contributions.
