Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors to the firm.
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, conference rooms, and common spaces.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Handle basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Order and manage office supplies inventory.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for internal firm functions.
