Job Description
Are you a student looking for your first job or a fun way to earn some money after school and on weekends? AMC Theatres in Aurora, CO is hiring enthusiastic and energetic 15-year-old teens to join our Cinema Floor Crew! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable work experience, develop customer service skills, and be part of a vibrant team that brings the magic of movies to life. You’ll help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests, assist with various cinema operations, and ensure everyone has an enjoyable visit. No prior experience is required – we’ll provide all the training you need!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with directions, seating, and general inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of cinema auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and restock supplies as needed.
- Help prepare auditoriums between screenings, ensuring they are ready for the next show.
- Support the concession stand team during peak hours, as directed.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members to ensure smooth cinema operations.
Required Skills
- Must be 15 years of age.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role (volunteer work counts!)
- Passion for movies and the entertainment industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
