Job Description
Deloitte is seeking a highly meticulous and detail-oriented Digital Records Verifier to join our remote administrative team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of digital records across various systems. This position demands exceptional attention to detail, a methodical approach to data verification, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data quality in a fast-paced environment. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and accurate verification of digital records against source documents and established criteria.
- Identify and correct discrepancies, errors, and omissions in digital records.
- Maintain meticulous logs and documentation of all verification activities and findings.
- Ensure strict adherence to data governance policies, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and internal control standards.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex data issues and improve data quality processes.
- Utilize various digital tools and systems for data entry, retrieval, and verification.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in records management.
- Assist with periodic audits of digital records to ensure ongoing compliance and accuracy.
