Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load, unload, and move products within the warehouse using appropriate equipment (training provided).
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to established procedures.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet Amazon's standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
- Utilize handheld scanners and other technology to track inventory and complete tasks.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 49 lbs.
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic computer literacy for using warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for weekend shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment (certification a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
