Job Description

Are you passionate about technology and eager to help others? Apple Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Apple Service Assistant to join our team in Wichita. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and manage the customer queue efficiently.
  • Conduct initial assessments of customer needs and direct them to the appropriate service area or specialist.
  • Assist customers with basic troubleshooting steps and common inquiries regarding Apple products (iPhone, iPad, Mac, etc.).
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments using internal systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service environment.
  • Educate customers on self-service options and online resources.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks to support the service team.
