Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid time-to-value with Zendesk products.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Zendesk's AI features and their practical applications for customers.
- Create and update knowledge base articles and support documentation to empower customers with self-service options.
- Monitor customer health, identify at-risk accounts, and execute strategies to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends and Zendesk product updates.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
