Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all customers and patients with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Assist customers in selecting products by providing basic information and recommendations under the guidance of senior staff.
- Ensure the dispensary sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding age.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash and card payments with integrity and precision.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all cannabis compliance regulations set by the state of Illinois.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
Required Skills

- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge and regulations quickly.
- Must be at least 21 years of age (state requirement for cannabis industry).

- Basic knowledge or interest in cannabis products and their various applications.
