Regal Cinemas in Fontana is seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our Movie Theater Crew! This entry-level position is perfect for teens eager to learn the ropes of customer service, teamwork, and operations in a fast-paced entertainment setting. You’ll play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our moviegoers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with ticket scanning and seating directions.
- Prepare and serve concession items such as popcorn, candy, and beverages.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobbies, restrooms, and auditoriums.
- Assist guests with general inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
