Job Description
As an Apple Legal Inquiry Evaluator with a Legal Tech focus, you will be instrumental in processing and evaluating a wide range of legal inquiries received by Apple. This 100% remote role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and an understanding of legal processes, coupled with an aptitude for leveraging legal technology solutions. You will work closely with Apple’s legal teams, utilizing specialized tools to ensure efficient and accurate handling of inquiries, contributing to Apple’s commitment to legal integrity and operational excellence. This is a work-from-home position, offering flexibility while maintaining high standards of productivity and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately evaluate and categorize incoming legal inquiries, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Utilize legal tech platforms and tools to streamline case management, document review, and data analysis.
- Conduct preliminary research to gather relevant information and context for legal teams.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to clarify inquiry details and provide timely updates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the legal inquiry workflow.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation of all evaluations and actions taken in a digital environment.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of legal tech solutions for inquiry management and automation.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection protocols in all aspects of work.
Required Skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrable interest or experience in legal technology and its applications in real-world scenarios.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.

- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Apple Pages/Numbers/Keynote, Microsoft Office Suite).
