In this 100% remote role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of our extensive game asset database. You will be responsible for categorizing, tagging, and updating digital game records, ensuring accuracy and consistency across our systems. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a genuine interest in the gaming industry’s digital archives. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately categorize and tag digital game assets, including images, videos, descriptions, and metadata, into the central database.
- Perform quality control checks on existing records to identify and correct discrepancies or outdated information.
- Implement and adhere to established data entry standards and guidelines for game classification.
- Assist in the migration and organization of legacy game data into new database structures.
- Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure new game releases are properly documented and integrated.
- Generate reports on database status, identifying areas for improvement or requiring attention.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and game-related data.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of database management processes and tools.
