Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals aged 18 and over to join our team as an Entry-Level Store Support Associate in Ventura, CA. This position is perfect for someone looking to start their career in retail, gain valuable work experience, and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment. As an Entry-Level Store Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our guests and contributing to the efficient operation of our store. You will learn various aspects of retail operations, from customer service to merchandising, under the guidance of experienced team leaders. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and helpful attitude, directing them to products and services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including sales floors, fitting rooms, and checkout areas.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring product availability.
- Support inventory management tasks, including receiving and processing shipments.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as required.
Required Skills
