Job Description
As an Apple Legal Inquiry Evaluator with a focus on Legal Tech, you will play a critical role in supporting Apple’s legal operations remotely. This is a unique opportunity to work from home, leveraging cutting-edge legal technology to process, evaluate, and respond to various legal inquiries, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing incoming requests, identifying relevant legal frameworks, and collaborating with legal counsel to formulate appropriate responses. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently process and evaluate a high volume of legal inquiries from various internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize legal tech tools and platforms to streamline workflow, research relevant information, and track inquiry status.
- Conduct initial assessments of legal requests, identifying key issues and determining appropriate action pathways.
- Draft accurate and comprehensive responses to legal inquiries under the guidance of legal counsel.
- Collaborate closely with internal legal teams, compliance officers, and other departments to gather necessary information.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation of all inquiries and responses in accordance with Apple's standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of legal tech solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy, confidentiality, and legal compliance policies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a legal support, paralegal, or legal operations role (e.g., 3+ years).
- Strong understanding of legal processes, terminology, and inquiry management.
