Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Remote Project Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including creating, organizing, and maintaining project files and records.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, proactively identifying potential issues.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials as required.
- Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and external vendors.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation related to projects.
- Conduct research and gather information to support project objectives.
- Support onboarding of new project team members and assist with training materials.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
