Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Netflix Customer Liaison in Jacksonville, FL. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued subscribers, ensuring their experience with Netflix is seamless, enjoyable, and exceptional. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide comprehensive support across various communication channels, embodying the Netflix brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Netflix members, providing expert assistance and support.
  • Address and resolve complex customer inquiries, technical issues, and billing concerns with efficiency and empathy.
  • Educate members on Netflix features, services, and subscription options.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance the member experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new content, features, and policies.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., tech support, content, billing) to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.
  • Uphold Netflix's brand image and commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, call center, or a client-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and CRM software simultaneously.
  • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with streaming services or entertainment industry customer support.
  • Fluency in Spanish or another language relevant to the Jacksonville diverse population.
  • Demonstrated ability to de-escalate difficult customer situations.
