Job Description

Join Bank of America as a Carbon Offset Programs Administrator – Entry Level Corporate and contribute to our industry-leading sustainability efforts. You will play a crucial role in supporting the administration, tracking, and compliance of our global carbon offset portfolio, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our environmental commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the tracking and reporting of carbon offset projects and credit retirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to carbon offset purchases and usage.
  • Conduct preliminary research on new carbon offset projects and market trends.
  • Support the preparation of internal and external reports on our environmental performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, legal, corporate social responsibility) to ensure program alignment and compliance.
  • Process invoices and manage documentation for carbon offset transactions.
  • Help monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices related to carbon markets and offsets.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
