Job Description
This role is critical to supporting the smooth operations and executive mobility within UMB Financial Corporation. The Executive Liaison Driver will provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for executives and VIPs, ensuring punctuality and discretion. Beyond driving, this position will also involve significant administrative support, including managing calendars, coordinating logistics, preparing documents, and maintaining vehicle records. The ideal candidate will possess an impeccable driving record, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. This is an on-site position based in our Kansas City headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport executives, clients, and VIPs to and from various locations, including meetings, airports, and events.
- Maintain vehicles in pristine condition, ensuring regular cleaning, maintenance, and adherence to safety standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, organizing documents, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as a professional liaison, ensuring discreet and confidential handling of all passenger and company information.
- Manage vehicle logbooks, maintenance schedules, and fuel records accurately.
- Support office operations by running errands, handling deliveries, and assisting with facility-related tasks as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and courtesy at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as an executive driver, personal assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Kansas City and surrounding areas.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
- Advanced defensive driving or executive protection training.
- Experience with luxury vehicle maintenance and care.
- Familiarity with corporate travel and event coordination.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
