Job Description
Join the legendary team at Commander’s Palace as a Part-time Server for our exquisite weekend fine dining service. This is an incredible opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to learn the art of fine dining service. We provide comprehensive training, making this an ideal role for those starting their career in upscale restaurants or looking to refine their skills in a world-class environment. You will be responsible for delivering impeccable service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the renowned dining experience that Commander’s Palace is celebrated for.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional and attentive service to guests throughout their dining experience, adhering to Commander's Palace's high standards.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items and daily specials.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings, glassware, and cutlery.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Process guest payments efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other service team members to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance service skills and menu knowledge.
