Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed cosmetologists and stylists with various scalp treatment services.
- Prepare treatment areas, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
- Shampoo, condition, and rinse hair according to Ulta Beauty protocols.
- Apply specialized scalp masks, serums, and treatments under supervision.
- Educate guests on the benefits of scalp health and recommended home care products.
- Maintain inventory of scalp treatment products and tools.
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations.
- Continuously learn new techniques and product knowledge through provided training.
