Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven WFH Key Results Coach with a strong focus on performance metrics to join our dynamic remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding individuals and teams across various client projects to define, track, and achieve their most critical objectives and key results (OKRs) or key performance indicators (KPIs). You will leverage your expertise in performance management, data analysis, and coaching methodologies to drive measurable improvements and foster a culture of accountability and continuous growth. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office while collaborating with diverse teams globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with project leaders and team members to establish clear, measurable, and ambitious OKRs/KPIs aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to support goal setting, progress tracking, and performance optimization.
- Develop and implement robust tracking mechanisms and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics effectively.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential roadblocks, providing actionable insights.
- Facilitate regular review meetings to discuss progress, celebrate successes, and pivot strategies as needed.
- Educate and train teams on best practices for OKR/KPI methodology, performance management, and data-driven decision making.
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning within the organization.
- Collaborate with other coaches and stakeholders to refine coaching methodologies and share best practices.
- Document coaching interactions, progress, and outcomes to demonstrate impact and inform future strategies.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance coaching, project management, or a related role with a strong focus on metrics.
- Proven experience with OKR (Objectives and Key Results) or KPI (Key Performance Indicator) frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive change.
- Proficiency in using performance tracking software and data visualization tools.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant coaching certification (e.g., ICF, CTI, BCC).
- Experience working in a fast-paced consulting or technology environment.
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Experience with change management principles and their application.
