Job Description

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled and discreet Roadshow Chauffeur to provide premium transportation services for our high-level executives. This critical role ensures safe, punctual, and comfortable travel for executives during important roadshows, meetings, and corporate events. The ideal candidate will possess an impeccable driving record, profound knowledge of local and regional routes, and a strong commitment to professionalism and confidentiality. You will be responsible for maintaining our luxury fleet vehicles to the highest standards, anticipating executive needs, and representing Wells Fargo with distinction.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport high-level executives to various destinations, including airports, corporate offices, client meetings, and special events.
• Plan and optimize routes, considering traffic patterns, executive schedules, and potential disruptions.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness and operational readiness of assigned luxury vehicles.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Maintain a high level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality regarding executive travel plans and discussions.
• Assist executives with luggage and personal belongings as needed.
• Manage vehicle fueling, maintenance schedules, and necessary repairs in coordination with fleet management.
• Be available for flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends, as executive schedules demand.
• Provide exceptional customer service and anticipate executive needs to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of professional chauffeur experience, ideally with high-net-worth individuals or corporate executives.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a spotless driving record (no major infractions or accidents).
• Extensive knowledge of the Gilbert, AZ area and surrounding regions, including preferred routes and traffic patterns.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Strong sense of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and real-time traffic applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks.
• Clean background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with luxury vehicle operation and maintenance.
• Prior experience in a corporate or executive protection environment.
• Certification in defensive driving or executive chauffeur training.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification.
• Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are a plus.
• Familiarity with executive travel protocols and security best practices.
