Job Description

Join Google as an Online Virtual Office Partner, where you’ll be instrumental in supporting small businesses leverage the full power of Google’s virtual tools and platforms. This fully remote role involves guiding small business owners through the adoption, optimization, and advanced use of Google Workspace and other Google solutions to enhance their operational efficiency, connectivity, and digital presence. You will act as a trusted advisor, problem-solver, and educator, ensuring our small business clients achieve their goals through Google’s innovative ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small business clients, providing expert guidance on Google's virtual office suite (Google Workspace).
  • Onboard new clients, assess their specific business needs, and recommend tailored Google solutions to improve productivity and collaboration.
  • Conduct virtual training sessions and workshops for clients on Google Workspace features, best practices, and new product updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to Google Workspace, G Suite, and other relevant Google products, escalating complex technical problems to internal teams when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for clients to further integrate Google tools and services into their operations for maximum benefit.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Google product developments, features, and industry trends to provide cutting-edge advice.
  • Gather client feedback and insights to help inform product development and improve the overall client experience.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in client support, account management, or business consulting, preferably with small businesses.
  • Strong proficiency and working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage a diverse client portfolio effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Google Workspace certification(s) (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator, Collaboration Engineer).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and Google Ads.
  • Previous experience in a remote work setting.
