Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and impeccably professional Livery Operator with a ‘High Precision focus’ to join our elite team. This role is crucial for maintaining our reputation for exceptional service, requiring meticulous attention to detail, superior driving skills, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting clients safely, comfortably, and punctually in our luxury vehicles, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities
- Operate luxury vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting clients with luggage, opening doors, and ensuring their comfort and privacy.
- Maintain a pristine vehicle interior and exterior, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Plan optimal routes, considering traffic patterns, road conditions, and client preferences to ensure punctual arrivals and departures.
- Manage client itineraries and schedules with precision, anticipating needs and adapting to changes gracefully.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance as required.
- Represent Ambassador Limousine of Florida with professionalism, discretion, and a polished appearance at all times.
- Adhere strictly to confidentiality protocols regarding client information and travel details.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of professional chauffeur or livery driving experience.
- Impeccable driving record with a valid driver's license and relevant endorsements (CDL not required but a plus).
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong geographical knowledge of the Tampa Bay area, including Pasco County.
- Ability to operate GPS and navigation systems effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
- High level of discretion and respect for client privacy.
- Proficiency in basic vehicle maintenance checks and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with luxury vehicle operations and high-net-worth clientele.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Defensive driving course completion.
- Knowledge of multiple languages.
- Advanced training in executive protection or security driving.
