Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Customer Partner Scribe to join our dynamic team in Santa Rosa. In this essential role, you will be the backbone of our customer interactions, diligently documenting technical discussions, client requirements, and solution proposals during meetings and calls. You will work closely with our technical experts, sales teams, and customers to ensure accurate and comprehensive records are maintained, facilitating seamless communication and project execution. This position requires exceptional listening skills, the ability to synthesize complex information, and a proactive approach to supporting our leading technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer meetings and calls alongside technical and sales teams to accurately capture detailed notes.
- Transcribe technical specifications, requirements, solution architectures, and action items into clear, concise documentation.
- Synthesize complex technical discussions into digestible summaries for various stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records of all customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with team members to clarify ambiguities and ensure complete documentation.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas and follow-up communications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes and tools.
Required Skills

- Basic understanding of electronics, software, or networking concepts.
