Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Admin Assistant to join our team in New Port Richey, FL. This unique part-time role is designed for individuals seeking flexibility, allowing you to align your work schedule with your family commitments, specifically during school hours. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars for department staff.

  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, including room setup, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
