Job Description
Are you a motivated 17-year-old looking for a part-time job that offers hands-on experience and valuable safety training? Window Genie in Greeley is seeking dedicated Gutter Cleaning Aides to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for teens who are eager to learn, enjoy working outdoors, and are committed to safety. You will work alongside experienced technicians, assisting with gutter cleaning tasks and helping maintain a clean and safe work environment. Full safety training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in all aspects of the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians with setting up ladders and safety equipment.
- Help clear gutters of leaves, debris, and other blockages.
- Transport and manage cleaning tools and supplies safely.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, client properties, and company vehicles.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Learn and apply best practices for gutter cleaning and property care.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the gutter cleaning team.
Required Skills
- Must be 17 years old.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable working at heights on ladders (with proper safety training and supervision).
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
