Job Description
As a Fleet Chauffeur for Enterprise Holdings in Orlando, FL, you will be an essential part of our premium service delivery, operating our state-of-the-art 2024 vehicle fleet. Your primary role will be to provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to our diverse clientele, ensuring a superior customer experience. This role requires exceptional driving skills, a commitment to punctuality, and a polished demeanor. You will be responsible for the immaculate presentation and operational readiness of your assigned vehicle, reflecting the high standards of the Enterprise brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport clients to their designated locations in modern 2024 vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of the assigned vehicle, both interior and exterior.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide courteous, professional service at all times.
- Manage routes efficiently, utilizing GPS and real-time traffic updates to ensure timely arrivals.
- Maintain accurate trip logs and records as required.
- Represent Enterprise Holdings with the highest level of professionalism and customer service.
Required Skills
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Orlando and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
- Punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency with GPS navigation systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving luxury or premium vehicles.
- Customer service experience in a hospitality or transportation setting.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
