Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various label departments, including A&R, Marketing, and Operations.
- Manage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for contracts, artist information, and general office records.
- Assist with data entry and database management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for team members.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked.
- Support event coordination for internal meetings, artist showcases, or promotional activities.
- Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Enthusiasm for the music industry and a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Music Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an office environment or customer service role.
- Familiarity with project management software.
- Basic knowledge of music industry operations and terminology.
