Job Description
Are you ready to jump into a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Our Orem McDonald’s location is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Fast Food Crew members to start as early as tomorrow morning! No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop new skills, and become a vital part of our friendly team, ensuring every customer enjoys a positive experience with us. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders
- Prepare food items such as burgers, fries, and shakes according to McDonald's quality standards
- Operate cash registers, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide correct change
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Restock supplies and ensure all service areas are well-organized
- Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure fast and friendly service during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented with a positive and friendly attitude
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Team player with a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not required
- Availability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
