Job Description
Are you a passionate and experienced mindfulness and meditation practitioner ready to guide individuals on their journey to inner peace and focus? Wellable is seeking a dedicated WFH Zen Guide to join our innovative corporate wellness team. This fully remote position offers the unique opportunity to positively impact the well-being of employees across various organizations through virtual mindfulness practices and meditation techniques. As a Zen Guide, you will be instrumental in fostering a calm, focused, and resilient workforce, designing and delivering engaging sessions that cater to diverse needs and experience levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead live virtual mindfulness and meditation sessions for corporate clients and individual employees.
- Develop and curate a library of on-demand meditation content, including guided audio and video resources.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to individuals seeking to deepen their mindfulness practice.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to integrate mindfulness into broader well-being programs and initiatives.
- Track participant engagement and gather feedback to continuously improve program effectiveness and content relevance.
- Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mindfulness, meditation, and stress reduction techniques.
Required Skills
- Profound expertise and personal practice in mindfulness and various meditation techniques (e.g., Vipassana, Samatha, loving-kindness).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and compassionately.
- Strong empathetic listening and coaching abilities to connect with diverse participants.
- Proficiency with virtual communication and collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a remote workload effectively and independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, wellness, contemplative studies, public health, or a related field.
- Previous experience delivering mindfulness or meditation programs in a corporate setting or for large groups.
- Experience in content creation for digital wellness platforms, including scriptwriting and audio/video production.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles and program content to suit different organizational cultures and individual needs.
