Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time Commercial Janitor to join our team, specifically for our weekend morning roster in New Port Richey. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including fixtures, floors, and replenishing supplies.
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Maintain cleanliness of breakrooms, common areas, and office spaces.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to management.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including standing, bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and walking for extended periods.
