Job Description

We are seeking a highly meticulous and dedicated Think Tank Records Clerk to join our team in New Port Richey, FL. This crucial administrative role supports our specialized research and development initiatives, ensuring the impeccable organization, accuracy, and accessibility of vital information. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, a strong commitment to data integrity, and the ability to manage complex record-keeping systems in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately classify, file, and retrieve physical and digital records, ensuring adherence to established protocols and confidentiality standards.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive databases and information management systems with a high degree of precision.
  • Perform regular audits of records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Assist research staff and project managers with document requests, data compilation, and information retrieval.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, and other sensitive documents.
  • Implement and improve record-keeping procedures to enhance efficiency and data security.
  • Prepare reports and summaries based on collected data as required by the research team.
  • Safeguard sensitive and confidential information, upholding the highest standards of discretion and security.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a high-accuracy administrative or records management role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with database management systems.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or certification in Information Management, Library Science, or a related administrative field.
  • Experience working in a research, defense, or highly regulated environment.
