Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in classroom instruction and practical driving exercises.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during training.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and comply with all DOT regulations.
- Operate commercial motor vehicles safely under supervision.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn from instructors and mentors.
- Complete all required coursework and tests to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Required Skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively in English.
- Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics (preferred but not required).

- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a labor-intensive role.
