Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Production Associate to join our dynamic team in Omaha, Nebraska. This is a full-time, on-site position offering weekly pay, where you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of our diverse range of food products. Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and strict quality control standards is paramount to ensure the safety and excellence of our offerings. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production line equipment efficiently and safely, following all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor product quality at various stages of production, identifying and reporting any deviations from specifications.
  • Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety regulations, and company quality standards.
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas to maintain a hygienic production environment.
  • Accurately complete production logs and documentation, including batch records and quality checks.
  • Assist with material handling, including loading raw materials and packaging finished products.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production flow and troubleshoot issues.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of new processes and equipment.

Required Skills

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Experience with food safety and HACCP principles.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating pallet jacks.
