Job Description
Are you a fluent bilingual communicator with a passion for helping others? Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish or French (written and verbal).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both required languages.

- Proficiency in using multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- High-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a remote customer service or call center environment.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
