Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Remote HR Assistant with a strong focus on online recruitment to join our dynamic team. This 100% remote position is crucial for supporting our talent acquisition efforts, particularly in leveraging digital platforms to attract, screen, and onboard top-tier candidates for various remote roles. You will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, contributing directly to our company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update online job postings across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, company career page).
  • Screen resumes and applications for initial qualifications and conduct preliminary phone screenings.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including virtual meeting setup.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Communicate professionally with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support HR team with administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and file management.
  • Assist in organizing virtual career fairs and online recruitment events.
  • Research and identify new online recruitment channels and strategies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR or recruitment support role.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
  • Strong understanding of online job boards and social media for recruitment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment.
  • Familiarity with remote work best practices and tools.
  • Knowledge of basic HR policies and employment laws.
