Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Influencer Relations Manager with a specific focus on Creative Talent to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with top-tier creative influencers, artists, and content creators across various platforms. You will develop and execute strategic campaigns that showcase Microsoft’s cutting-edge products and services, driving brand affinity, awareness, and engagement within the creative community. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies tailored to creative talent and their communities.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard leading creative influencers, artists, and content creators relevant to Microsoft's brand objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, authentic relationships with influencers, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from brief development and content creation to review, approval, and launch.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and legal teams to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
- Negotiate contracts and compensation with influencers and their representatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities in the influencer marketing space.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure optimal ROI for all influencer initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or public relations, with a strong focus on creative talent or entertainment.
- Demonstrated success in identifying, vetting, and managing high-profile influencer relationships.
