Job Description
A dynamic opportunity for a Junior Detailing Team Lead to join our innovative team in Wesley Chapel, FL. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small team of detailers, providing guidance and technical support.
- Review and approve detailed construction drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and company best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve detailing challenges and incorporate design changes.
- Manage detailing workflow and schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks on all detailing outputs to maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of detailing standards and procedures.
- Utilize BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) effectively for 3D modeling and detailing.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a detailing or drafting role within construction or architecture.
