Key Responsibilities
- Engage with 16-year-old teens through a live chat platform, providing support, answering questions, and offering guidance on various topics related to Chegg's services and general teen queries.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in all interactions, ensuring a safe and supportive online environment for young users.
- Accurately document chat interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior agents or specialized departments as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of chat support processes.
- Stay up-to-date with Chegg's products, services, and policies relevant to our teen user base.
