Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Fast Food Professional at one of Chick-fil-A’s bustling locations in a high-demand US city. This role is crucial in delivering the Chick-fil-A experience, from preparing delicious food to ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude, providing a welcoming experience.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Prepare and assemble food items in accordance with Chick-fil-A's stringent quality and safety standards.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and maintain accurate till reconciliation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms, adhering to all sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and ensuring proper rotation of products.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during peak and off-peak hours.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Resolve customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, upholding Chick-fil-A's reputation for excellent service.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact politely and clearly with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (approx. 11 kg).

  • Previous experience (6+ months) in a food service or customer service role.
