Join our dynamic team as a Fast Food Professional at one of Chick-fil-A’s bustling locations in a high-demand US city. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude, providing a welcoming experience.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Prepare and assemble food items in accordance with Chick-fil-A's stringent quality and safety standards.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and maintain accurate till reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms, adhering to all sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and ensuring proper rotation of products.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during peak and off-peak hours.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Resolve customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, upholding Chick-fil-A's reputation for excellent service.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact politely and clearly with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (approx. 11 kg).

- Previous experience (6+ months) in a food service or customer service role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
