Job Description
Are you a budding technologist with a passion for artificial intelligence and SaaS products? Qualtrics is seeking a Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on our cutting-edge AI-powered SaaS solutions. You will work closely with senior product managers, engineering teams, and designers to define, build, and launch features that enhance our AI capabilities and delight our users. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining product requirements and user stories for new AI/SaaS features.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Support senior product managers in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and iterations.
- Contribute to product documentation, training materials, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor product performance and identify areas for optimization.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated interest in AI, machine learning, and SaaS business models.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in product management, business analysis, or software development.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with data analysis tools or techniques.
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts or projects (academic or personal).
