Job Description

We are seeking a highly reliable and organized Admin Errand Runner to join our Exeter team. This essential role involves a variety of tasks crucial to the smooth operation of our office, including managing post office runs, delivering and collecting important documents, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage their time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily post office runs, including mailing letters, packages, and collecting incoming mail.
  • Safely and confidentially deliver and collect sensitive documents to various departments or external offices within Exeter.
  • Assist with the distribution of internal communications and packages.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and submit requests for replenishment.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Operate office equipment effectively.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding confidentiality and data security.
