Job Description
Are you a stay-at-home parent looking for a flexible way to earn income while making a real impact? This unique opportunity allows you to leverage your everyday shopping experiences to provide valuable feedback on product availability, customer service, store cleanliness, and overall brand compliance. This role offers flexible daytime hours, fitting perfectly around your family’s schedule. You’ll visit various retail locations, service providers, or points of interest in and around Arvada, anonymously evaluating specific criteria. Your observations will directly contribute to improving consumer experiences and business practices for some of the world’s leading brands. This is a hybrid role, where you will conduct on-site visits and complete all reporting remotely from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct anonymous visits to assigned retail stores, restaurants, or service locations within the Arvada area.
- Observe and accurately record specific details regarding customer service, product placement, store environment, and staff interactions.
- Complete detailed online reports and questionnaires promptly after each visit, providing objective and comprehensive feedback.
- Adhere to project guidelines and instructions meticulously for each assignment.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project details and findings.
- Manage flexible scheduling to complete assignments within designated timeframes.
