Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our facilities team as an Evening Office Janitor in Wilmington, Delaware. This role is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness and order of our corporate offices after business hours, ensuring a pristine and quiet environment for our employees. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to upholding the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Empty and clean waste receptacles and dispose of trash in designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and replenishing supplies.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, office equipment, and furniture.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
- Maintain cleanliness in breakrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding cleaning tasks.
